Biaya dan/atau bagi hasil atas kemitraan:

Bila anda perusahaan swasta atau BUMN/D yang mengharapkan memiliki program CSR dengan orientasi pada hasil kegiatan yang berkelanjutan, memiliki 'kepemilikan yang tinggi' dari stakeholders, tepat sasaran, sinergis dengan produk dan kegiatan perusahaan, sesuai visi dan filosofi perusahaan, transparan, memberikan citra dan nilai publisitas tinggi, maka S-CSR merupakan istrumen yang mutlak digunakan.

Apakah itu Skenario CSR?
Skenario CSR (S-CSR) adalah sebuah pendekatan untuk digunakan dalam perencanaan Corporate Social Responsibility program pada sebuah perusahaan. Sejak identifikasi kebutuhan kegiatan sampai aspek pelaksanaannya terintegrasi pada tools CSR ini. Prosesnya dijalankan melalui mekanisme partisipatif yang sistematis diantara para aktor dan stakeholder terkait melalui fasilitator profesional yang berpengalaman.
Melalui pemanfaatan S-CSR, maka penentuan kegiatan akan lebih fokus dan sesuai dengan maksud, tujuan, peran dan fungsi masing-masing aktor yang terlibat dalam program CSR.

S-CSR dirancang sesuai dengan prinsip dasar dan kebutuhan dinamika perencanaan pembangunan kontemporer yang sarat dengan aspek efisiensi, peningkatan transparansi, partisipasi, komunikasi dan pencapaian yang efektif. Pendekatan ini juga sesuai dengan pemanfaatan pola strategic planning, perencanaan kolektif, aktivasi kesadaran bersama (awareness building) dan penguatan jejaring (networking) multi-stakeholders. Oleh karena itu kegiatan CSR tidak lagi berawal dari proposal kegiatan yang dianggap baik (feasible), namun melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang lebih menjamin efektifitas manfaat (tepat sasaran), kepemilikan program oleh masyarakat & Pemerintah/Pemda dan dengan demikian juga menjamin keberlanjutannya.

Urgensi Penggunaaan S-CSR?
Praktek konvensional penentuan program CSR biasanya sangat tergantung dari berbagai proposal yang ditawarkan kepada perusahaan. Berdasarkan pertimbangan teknis dan pengaruh dominasi subyektifitas perusahaan (terutama aspek: pemenuhan kewajiban regulasi dan nilai publisitas yang tinggi), maka kebijakan program CSR biasanya diputuskan.
Saat ini, CSR perlu lebih melibatkan pihak-pihak yang terkait langsung, a.l. para beneficiaries dan regulator di wilayah sehingga efektif.
